Join Place 80681221431821, run the Learn PB drills if they are in your server, and learn five actions before a build: sprint on Shift, shoot by holding E, pump-fake by tapping E, pass with 1 through 4, and dunk with Shift plus Space. Practice those in a gym, try the build in Blacktop, and leave Ranked Rec until you can do more than shoot. The official page says the full control list is in the community server.
